We receive many letters from the families we've served, thanking us for our caring ways during their time of loss. Their words warm our hearts, and speak to you of our professionalism, compassion, and the true value of the services we provide.

Williams Lombardo has handled all of our family members funerals, with the most recent one for my sister. I can't say enough about how the staff are very professional with so much compassion and understanding. I want to especially thank Joe for being so caring and helpful during this difficult time. He really went out of his way to make everything just perfect. Thank you so much.

Joe, Thanks again to you and your team at Williams-Lombardo. From start to finish you and your staff provided us with excellent service and were a great pleasure to deal with in every way. It was especially comforting to have Jim provide us with the initial transport from lima estates. His sensitivity and protocol during a difficult day was much appreciated. My Dad would have been honored to know that he was being escorted by a long serving veteran of the Marine corps. If you have one, Can you please let me know of an address that i can send a thank you to the local arm of the Marine Corp for providing us with the time and talents of those young men at the cemetery yesterday. It was a tremendous honor for us to have had them there at the burial of my father. Regards and thank you again. Dan Orlando

Hi Joe and Staff, Our family wanted to express our appreciation for the beautiful memorial service on Saturday. It was so comforting and peaceful. It was a wonderful way to honor our mom and the other dear departed loved ones. Thank you again for this lovely service. Joanne Vivaldi and the Maxine Blythe Family

Krista, On behalf of my entire family, I want to thank you for all that you did to make this day, although sad, very memorable. Everything went so smoothly and most importantly, my Aunt Frances looked fantastic. I know for certain that Frances would have been happy with the way she looked. The wig was perfect. Also, the earrings were a beautiful added touch that we didn't think to do and her nails looked wonderful. Your caring and compassionate nature is the perfect fit for those going through such a difficult time. Frances was lucky to have you looking over her. Again, thank you.

I just saw a news clip of the 'unique' service you offer - you hired a staff comedian. I think that's great idea! If a person has lived a full life, there's no need to be sorry for them - that's what I want. And I would hope that the way I lived my [full] life would be an inspiration for others to get up off their ass and DO something with their lives before it too late! For my funeral, I would like to be buried at sunset. I don't see the sense of marking the END of a person's life at the BEGINNING of a day. I hope a funeral home in the Greater Cleveland area adopts your 'attitude'. Thank you.

I just wanted to send you a quick thank you note for making your pet page - http://everafterpets.petpassages.com/grief-support As a new pet owner myself, your page has been a big help to me and my family! This year, I promised my kids we would get a dog for Christmas if they kept their grades up in school for the first half of the year ; I'm happy to say they did! Never owning a pet before, my husband and I wanted to do some research. Your page helped out a lot! It might be a bit premature to start thinking about the loss of our new pet, but I want to make sure my kids (and the whole family, actually!) are prepared. Positive encouragement goes such a long way! Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it. ~ The Donner Family

My sister and I want to thank all your staff for their excellent assistance in making this day bearable for us and their kind care. Thanks Again David Miller

I have been to a large number of viewings/services/funerals/memorials in the last 20 years. The viewing /service you put together for my Uncle Bob was by far the best (if that even the right term for such an event) atmosphere, staff service and facility that I have ever attended. One of the things that impressed me was the kids room. I took my six year old and all she wanted to do was stay in there and color. No time for that, and she was disappointed. Another thing was the pre cremation bed. I have had a number of relatives pass young and many survivors were upset they had to go to the coroners office to view the body and the conditions were (operating room like). None of the Funeral homes offered that option. Kudos to all of you , and continued success on a top notch operation. Woody Jr.

Hi Joe, I just read the article in the Daily Times and could not help but smile . When I came to you in November 2002 and told you that my husband wanted to be buried in a clown outfit you did not blink an eye . His funeral was dignified and beautiful - it was just what he wanted . I can still see our family and friends as they came through the receiving line - smiles on their faces as tears rolled down their cheeks. I am glad to see that you are continuing to make people happy at such a sad time . Paula Cilurso Berger
